Terms of Service

Track My Missionary is operated by Pancue LLC. Using the site or buying a page means agreeing to these terms — they are short, and they say what the product actually does.

What you are buying

One payment of $19.99 buys one missionary page: a live tracker at a private link, and its wall poster as an unlimited print-ready download, for 30 months from purchase. Nothing renews and no card is kept on file. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details never touch this site. Refunds are covered by their own page: Refunds.

The link is the access model

A page lives at an unguessable address, listed nowhere and kept out of search engines. Whoever holds the link can view the page and download its posters — that is the point, and it is your responsibility to share the link the way you would share a family photo. Editing belongs to the account that owns the page. We cannot un-share a link you have passed on, but we can and will take a page down on request — see Privacy.

Your content

What you put on a page — names, dates, a photograph, areas and companions — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to show it to the people you share the link with and to print it into your posters. You are responsible for having the right to share what you post, including the missionary’s own likeness; a page about a person may also be removed at that person’s request.

Accounts

An account is an email address and a password, used to decide who may edit a page. Keep the password to yourself; anything done while signed in to your account counts as done by you. We may close accounts used to abuse the service — scraping, impersonation, or content that has nothing to do with following a mission.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We work to keep the site up and the clocks right, and a page that breaks gets fixed — write to support@trackmymissionary.com. But the service is provided as-is: we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid for it. Track My Missionary is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date below changes with them, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting the new terms. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Utah, United States.
